Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 22, 2026

These are the ground rules for using this website and working with NWFL Drillers LLC. We keep them short and straight: the details of your particular job live in your written estimate.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or requesting a quote from NWFL Drillers LLC, you agree to these terms. They cover the website and the general way we do business; the specifics of any actual job (scope, price, and schedule) are set out in the written estimate we prepare for you, and that estimate controls the work.

2. Quotes and estimates

Every property is different, so every job is quoted individually. Quotes are free, itemized, and carry no obligation. A quote becomes a working agreement only when both sides accept a written estimate. Site conditions found during the work that could not reasonably be known beforehand (depth to water being the big one) may require an adjusted estimate, which we’ll discuss with you before proceeding.

3. Permits and compliance

Well drilling in Florida requires permits, and NWFL Drillers LLC pulls them as part of the service. We are a licensed well drilling contractor, and work is performed to the applicable Florida well construction standards and inspected as the permit requires.

4. Financing and payment

100% financing is available, subject to approval by the financing provider. Payment terms, deposits, and financing arrangements for your job are confirmed in your written estimate before any work begins.

5. Scheduling and site access

We schedule work seven days a week, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, and we show up when we say we will. In return, we need reasonable access to the work site for our rig and support vehicles, and we ask that you flag anything we should know about: septic systems, irrigation lines, buried utilities you’re aware of, gates, or livestock. Weather and ground conditions can shift a drill date; if they do, we’ll tell you promptly and reschedule. If you need to move a scheduled date, call us as early as you can and we’ll work it out.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NWFL Drillers LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the work at issue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Florida law does not allow to be limited. Any job-specific coverage or remedies are those confirmed in your written estimate.

7. Website content

The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Photos show real work, but every property is different; what your project needs is determined on site and confirmed in your written estimate, not by anything pictured here.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.

9. Contact
