Overview
NWFL Drillers LLC is a licensed well drilling contractor based in Panama City Beach, Florida. This website exists to tell you what we do and to let you ask us for a quote. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the site collects and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you type into the quote form so we can call you back, and that’s about it.
Information we collect
When you submit the quote form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the service you need, any project details you choose to share, and whether you checked the box consenting to SMS messages. If you never submit the form, you never hand us any of that. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also automatically log basic technical information, such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, as part of ordinary website operation.
How we use your information
We use what you submit for one purpose: responding to your quote request. That means calling, emailing, or, if you gave SMS consent, texting you about your project and your quote. We don’t use the form to build marketing lists, and we don’t sell your personal information to anyone.
SMS messages
If you check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from us about your quote. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, and we’ll quit texting you. Leaving the box unchecked doesn’t affect your quote one bit; we’ll just reach you by phone or email instead.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use basic cookies and standard analytics to understand how visitors use it: things like which pages get read and roughly where visitors come from. This is aggregate, run-of-the-mill website measurement, not tracking you around the internet. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
Sharing
We don’t sell personal information. Your information is shared only with the service providers that keep this website running (such as our hosting provider, which stores form submissions on our behalf), or if the law requires us to disclose it. Nobody gets your details for their own marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from your form submission, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just call us and ask; a real person answers, and we’ll take care of it.
