Pump Installation

What type of pump do I need for my well?

The pump type depends on your well depth and water needs. We assess your specific situation and recommend the right pump system, whether shallow or deep well.

How long does pump installation take?

Most pump installations are completed in one day, depending on the complexity of the system and site conditions.

Do you install pressure tanks too?

Yes. Pressure tank connection, setup, and calibration are part of every pump installation; the system gets tested before we call it done.

Pump Repairs

How do I know if my pump needs repair or replacement?

Common signs include loss of water pressure, intermittent water flow, unusual noises, or the pump running continuously. We can diagnose your system and recommend the most cost-effective solution.

Do you service all pump brands?

Yes, we service and repair all major well pump brands and models.

Can you fix a pump another company installed?

Absolutely. We diagnose and repair all major brands and models, no matter who put the system in.

Geothermal Services

What are the benefits of geothermal systems?

Geothermal systems provide highly efficient heating and cooling, significantly reducing energy costs while using renewable ground temperature for climate control.

How long do geothermal systems last?

Geothermal ground loops can last 50+ years, while the heat pump equipment typically lasts 20-25 years, making it a long-term investment.

Test Holes

Why would I need a test hole?

Test holes help determine if adequate water is available at your location and at what depth, allowing you to make informed decisions before investing in a full well.

What information will I get from a test hole?

You’ll learn the depth to water, estimated water quantity, and preliminary water quality information to help plan your well project.

Well Abandonment

What is well abandonment?

It’s the proper retirement of a well that’s failed or no longer in use. The well is filled and sealed with concrete grout to meet Northwest Florida Water Management District requirements, so it can’t carry contamination down to the groundwater.

Do I have to abandon an unused well?

Florida rules call for wells that are out of service to be properly plugged, and in our area the Northwest Florida Water Management District sets the requirements. Call us and we’ll shoot you straight on what your situation needs.

Can you abandon the old well and drill my new one?

Yes, one crew, one project. We retire the old well properly and have the new one flowing, permits and paperwork included.

Service Areas

Which counties do you cover?

Bay, Walton, Leon, Jackson, Washington, and Franklin counties, from the beaches to the farm country, all across Northwest Florida.

Where are you based?

Our home base is 17710 Beach Park Trail, Unit 102, Panama City Beach, FL 32413, Bay County born and based.
